How do I know my leaflets are being delivered?
All the staff we use carry trackers so we can keep a very close eye on them and are carefully selected by us as employees we trust. Chris, as a business partner is there on hand working alongside the staff to ensure the distribution is carried out correctly. We will keep you updated throughout the whole process so you know when we start and when we have finished the distribution. Sonya is always available on the other end of the phone to answer your questions. We will also promote your business on Facebook during the distribution.

How do I pay for my distribution?
This is a pre-paid service so when booking your distribution we will invoice you with details of how to make payment.
Payment is required before distributions commences.
Do you deliver to every house?
Apart from the odd loose dog or building works preventing access we will endeavour to cover as much of an area as possible taking into account ‘No Junk Mail’ signs so as not to cause offence to any home owners.
Of course no distributor is perfect but that’s why we check the trackers before the job is completed to make sure no mistakes have been made.
We always welcome feedback from our customers to help us maintain our high standards.
Who will deliver my leaflets?
Chris is out on a daily basis putting leaflets through doors and works alongside our team of regular distributors. Our team of distributors are trained to deliver to our company policy code of conduct.
Do you offer a design and print service?
Yes, we work alongside other local businesses that can provide you with a first class design and print service. We work alongside them to ensure we know at what stage your leaflets are at so as to be able to schedule you in for a distribution at an appropriate time.
Can you store my leaflets?
Yes, we have a storage facility and are able to accept delivery of your leaflets direct from the printers if you wish us to and store them for you.
Don’t leaflets just get put in the recycling bin?
Yes most of them could end up there. However this is why we will always tell you the same thing. You have from the doorstep to the recycling bin to make an impact on the customer, so your leaflet has to grab their attention so they hold on to it. We can advise you on what makes a great leaflet and for you to stand out from the crowd.
